the fruit to its final outlet, fruit treatment, monitoring
and control of the conditions for de-greening, cool storage,
optimum waxing treatments, drencher and on-line maintenance
and technical assistance, phitopathology research laboratory,
analysis of the internal state of the fruit and of volatiles
in juice.
We have a Development and Quality Control Department. The
laboratory of this department is provided with equipment for
culture and evaluation of fungal contamination which may develop
in horticultural warehouses, where culture-aimed superficial
samples are taken.
Our high-qualified technical team uses the latest technology
to test waste through HPLC method (High Performance Liquid
Chromatography method) and chromatographic analysis.
